Friendly staff although the price is rather high for just a normal hotel. The rooms are good and clean but on the small side and there's no airco. The hotel parking can be full but there's plenty of free parking space near the railway station on the other side of the road.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but a little on the small size for 2 people and 2 suitcases. Shower was a good size. Hotel was close to old town. Wifi was poor.

My family and I had an overnight stay at this hotel and found it to be a very pleasant one. The rooms where very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food was good and plentiful and the breakfast room cheerful and welcoming. An added bonus was the beer garden, very pleasant indeed. Just a short walk from the hotel is the promenade alongside the Rhine with several restaurants and cafes. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The Cooper and Kneller families.

The staff doesn't speak à Word in english and didn't even try. Noisy environment (container loader on the backside). Too far away from the city center. No heating device in the bathroom. Wifi didn't really work. Good point is the private parking place and the reasonnable price. Breakfast just acceptable. I do not recommend this hôtel as there is much better in the city.
